Strength Training
Gain strength where you need it to reach your goals this season!
Pole-vault specific focus sessions are the highlight of this 5-, 6-, or 7-week program. Stength sessions take place in our facility, and your coach will arrange with you a schedule that fits both of you. Generally, these session take place before or after a regular jump session on Sunday afternoons, or after a jump session on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Prices will vary depending on the program your coach creates for you, but generally starts at $200.
