The focus of our pole vault camp:

Technical – the primary and most practical motions.

Tactical – the thought process of the vault (anticipation, knowing when to perform specific actions); note-taking, etc.

Physical – stamina, quickness, power, strength, nutrition, flexibility & mobility, and more.

Mental: Visualization, Focus, Addressing blocks; Character (leadership, coachability, attitude, communication, determination).

Fun – games, mealtimes, coach-counselor-athlete chats.
